little virtuosos project

Hello! My name is Linda Qingping Ye, and I am a senior at Mission San Jose High School in Fremont, CA. I began my musical journey with piano in kindergarten, and currently study with Ms. Dorothy Su. I have received several prizes from USOMC, American Protégé, and Great Composers Competition. I also have volunteered to play piano and sing in a choir for 5 local senior centers biweekly, and I received the President’s Volunteer Service Award 3 years in a row.

 

Besides piano, I started singing soprano at the age of 5 and joined the school choir since second grade of elementary school. I attended the California Music Educators Association State Solo & Ensemble Festival two years in a row and received Gold Award in 2018.

 

I joined Little Virtuosos Project because I want to connect like-minded people across the globe and raise awareness for mental wellness. I believe that music is a universal language, and I hope to bring joy to everyone through music.
